This item worked perfectly for my needs. I needed a strip I could put vertically up the seam of our front double door to block the 1/4 inch crack that was letting cold air flow through. It immediately blocked the draft. I wish I found this sooner!

This stuff works so well! Had a drafty front door letting in all the arctic air this winter. Tried a couple of different ways to seal it up and saw this and thought I'd give it a try since nothing else was making much difference. This stuff is great! I put it across the top of the door and down the side where the knob is and it really blocks the air. Sticks really well too. I did clean the door with a scrubby sponge and wiped it dry and then let it air dry for a little bit before applying. Anyway, GET THIS STUFF. It will make a difference on keeping the outside out and the inside in. Also it is clear so not very noticeable at all. I am a big fan.

Excellent product and worked better than expected. This stripping has amazing stick. Easy to use and blends right in, so you can't actually see it is there (unless you look closely). It is a very thick silicon, so it seems like it will last. The last one I had was black and it lasted less than a year, before peeling off. This is much more substantial and much stickier, so I doubt I will have to replace for awhile. It works great too for keeping out a draft.

This product works really well. I’ve been searching for SOMETHING to put on my sliding glass door to prevent bugs from crawling into the house through the gap between the two doors. I also wanted something to present air flow from escaping the house and vice versa.
It sticks well to the door and has not fallen off or “unstuck” like everything else I’ve tried has. It also stands up to the wear and tear of opening and closing the door.

This is awesome! I don't know crap about sealing doors or windows but this silicone stripping works and is easy to "install".I have had a lot of issues with bugs entering my home due to the large 1/2" gaps around my door. As it gets colder, these gaps invite less bugs but more cold drafts. I tried to seal these gaps with the foam and rubber strips but they didn't really work, as the adhesive wouldn't stick. Also, it was a bit of a pain to install since it had to go on the interior of the door frame and the gap size isn't consistent in depth. This silicone strip is flat, half of the strip has a strong adhesive; you place the sticky portion of the strip directly onto the door's surface and that's it. The left over silicon seals the gaps. Works just as well for window sills too.

I bought this specifically to address the gap between the sliding and fixed panels on my glass doors, as it was letting air through on a constant basis. Not wanting to go the foam/rubber weather stripping route that you'd find in other solutions, I opted for this adhesive-backed silicone seal, figuring that it'd do a better job overall.

Worked great and looks beautiful. After it is applied, it looks like it is part of the door. This sticks on the door solid... Glad I bought this. Does the job perfectly!

The best stripping I have ever had. It is strong enough so it sticks securely, yet if you make a mistake you can peel it off at least once. The silicone blocks insects but does not stick to the window so that you can still open and close the window. It seems the silicone could be wiped clean and that this could remain in the window for years.

This product works very well to seal the gap between the glass panels on our sliding patio door. Since we have a pet door panel installed, this gap needs to be sealed but be flexible as the door is slid back and forth. So far the adhesive has held the seal in place. Be sure to clean the frame with alcohol first to remove and grease or dirt.

Works great so far! Our back door had a gap on the side that you could see daylight through! You could always feel a draft coming in. I bought this, measured the length, cut it and stuck it on the wall. It's stayed for a week so far. Can't feel any air coming through now!

I needed stripping on a storm door and a door to the garage to close gaps on the sides and tops until I can have them reset. This works perfectly. It is a heavy, flexible rubber like strip with an extremely sticky substance on half of one side that adheres solidly when pressed to any surface, wood, metal, glass etc.

This product continues to work really well. I attached a strip to stop vertical air flow at two [wooden] double door locations, which get a lot of use. I attached at 10 pm, to allow the weather stripping time to "attach well" before regular door use the next day.

This was the perfect item for my new outswinging door. The door is fiberglass and it had no problems sticking to it. There was a gap on the outside and i was worried that driving rain might get in. Now the whole outside of the door is sealed against the weather. I also got a roll for my regular front door and put in around on the inside to keep any errant drafts out until I get a storm door later on. It was very easy to install. I just undid the backing paper on the top, stuck it on, stretched it very gently down in a straight line and undid the backing paper as I went.

I purchased this because we were having a cold snap. 12 below zero with 20 mile an hour wind. The cold was seeping through the front door frame. I put this on and immediately this stripping stopped the cold air. It is flexible so that it slides along the entry rug. The backing is very strong that it does not re-stick fully. I am looking forward to not having the summer heat come through also.

This was a perfect buy. I needed something to go between my sliders and a frame I built outside for my cat (to go in and out when she wanted). This was so easy to use and the glue on it is strong so it will hold up to the weather. I went to a bunch of big box stores and they had nothing close or as good as this. All I did was peel a small bit back of the backing paper, stuck the sticky part in the position I wanted, then unpeeled as I unrolled it. Definitely a must have for home projects or repairs to fill in gaps or to replace old, worn sliding door spacer. It slides so smoothly against the window on the other slider. Never gets caught up, jammed or anything.

I don't bother to write reviews often, admittedly. But this product is brilliant and deserves high praises. I have an old exterior door in an old house - it's warped and needs to be replaced, which is winding up being a longer-term project in terms of budgeting and just finding the right door. So in the meantime, I needed to figure out some way to curb the whooshing, bitter cold winds blowing in between it and the jamb. I doubted what this stuff would do, but I needn't have. It's got a slightly rubbery texture (so I think it's going to stay both firm enough to block drafts but pliable enough that it won't become brittle and snap off with frequent door opening and closing). And it goes on like a breeze - I was able to align the outer edge of the adhesive line with the edge of the door just using my finger as I peeled away the paper cover on the adhesive to stick it down. Could not be easier - and I swear the landing where the door is is now at least 20 degrees warmer this morning (I live where we're having that crazy cold blizzard situation at the moment, so timing was perfect).
